The title of Loan Officer goes beyond just the numbers and the guidelines. It’s much more than that. I pride myself in treating my clients as family and providing them with outstanding customer service, so that they feel comfortable and in control for every financial transaction that they enter into for life.
Communication plays a huge role in our industry due to the unique dynamic of all different agents involved in our transactions. Being a walk on Tight End and playing football at the University of Washington I learned how to perfect this. With one miscue from a teammate and the play could be a failure, but with great communication, the play was executed.
Caring for clients and taking into account their best interest are the areas where I really concentrate. I also know how much community and relationships matter. Growing up and living in Silverdale for over 25 years, I have entrenched myself in this area by volunteering at the Center Kitsap alumni association and coaching CK football. I am extremely proud to have grown up in this area and I treat my job as an opportunity to help give back.

"We cannot thank Directors Mortgage enough for helping our family move into the perfect home. The process was smooth and easy and they communicated with us at every step in the process. We knew exactly what was happening, what was needed and what to expect coming up. The home loan process can be intimidating but Directors did everything to make it almost fun. We would recommended Directors to any and everyone looking to move, refinance or whatever might be needed for them. They'll provide a solution."
